Plimsoll Cocktail
Popular at Plimsoll Club in New Orleans. Created by head bartender Tommy Borne.
- 1 1/4 oz Beefeater® gin
- 1/2 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
- 1 oz orange juice
Shake ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into cocktail glass. Garnish with cherry speared to orange slice on glass rim.
